Due to the nature of the products included in our gift hampers, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any order placed on HamperRush.com.
However, we do accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions as mentioned below:
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We only entertain return or exchange requests in the following cases:

The product(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The buyer/receiver must inform us about the damaged or wrong item within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers claiming damaged, missing, or wrong items must provide:

A clear, unedited unboxing video with visible packaging from all sides, showing the package in unopened condition.

The video must include the complete opening process.
-
The video should contain original metadata/EXIF data.

The full video must be sent to support@hamperrush.com within the 24-hour window.
Requests without an unedited unboxing video will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Recipient unavailable during delivery or two failed delivery attempts.

Package refused or not accepted by the recipient.
Cancellation Policy – Hamper Rush Gifts
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our gift hampers, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds once an order has been placed.
Every hamper is handcrafted based on your order, and cancellation is not possible after the processing begins.
